Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service for Atomerate LLC. It applies to all Services, including current and future lab products. Violation may result in suspension or termination, and may be reported to authorities when appropriate.

You may not use the Services to:

• /Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
• /Engage in fraud, phishing, identity theft, or social engineering
• /Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful code
• /Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• /Probe, scan, or test vulnerability of systems without authorization
• /Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks
• /Overwhelm the Services with unreasonable automated traffic (spam, scraping abuse, denial-of-service)
• /Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse individuals
• /Upload or share unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content
• /Exploit children or distribute child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance)
• /Collect personal information without a lawful basis or consent where required
• /Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Atomerate
• /Use the Services to provide regulated professional services without required licenses where the product is not designed for that purpose
• /Resell or provide the Services to third parties as a service bureau without our written permission

Good-faith security research that does not harm users or degrade the Services may be reported to us at the contact below. Do not exfiltrate data, disrupt availability, or access accounts that are not yours.

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, suspend accounts, throttle access, or terminate Services. We are not obligated to monitor all activity but reserve the right to do so for security and compliance.
