TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Atomerate is a vibe and experiment lab. Products may be unfinished, change without notice, lose data, or be discontinued. You acknowledge that lab software may be unsuitable for mission-critical, safety-critical, or regulated use cases unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

Nothing in the Services constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, medical, or other professional advice. Finance-related tools (including Burn) are general-purpose software only. You are solely responsible for decisions you make and for consulting qualified professionals when needed.

We do not warrant that data will be stored indefinitely, backed up, or recoverable. Maintain your own exports and backups. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not responsible for third-party sites, processors, app stores, browsers, devices, or networks. Links and integrations are provided for convenience.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATOMERATE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You assume all risks associated with use of experimental software, including bugs, inaccuracies, downtime, security incidents, and data loss. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States and is intended to be read with the Terms of Service and EULA.
