Copyright & DMCA Policy

Intellectual property ownership and how to submit infringement notices.

1. Our intellectual property

Atomerate LLC owns or licenses the content and software comprising the Services, except for User Content and third-party materials. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or redistribution of our materials is prohibited.

2. User Content

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any User Content you upload. We may remove content that we reasonably believe infringes intellectual property rights or violates law.

3. DMCA / copyright notices

If you believe material on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes:

  • /Your physical or electronic signature
  • /Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • /Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL)
  • /Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email)
  • /A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • /A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Send notices to: legal@atomerate.com (subject line: “Copyright Notice”) or message @atomerate (https://x.com/atomerate) with the same information and follow up by email when possible.

4. Counter-notices

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, consent to jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or Wyoming if outside the U.S.), and your signature.

5. Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
