How Atomerate LLC collects, uses, and protects information across the site and lab products.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Atomerate LLC ("Atomerate," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use atomerate.com, our lab products, and any related or future Services operated by Atomerate LLC (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to all Services we operate under Atomerate LLC, including current lab products (such as Burn, Done, Upland Bird Hunter, and Gymnastics Star 3D) and products we add later. Individual products may present additional in-product notices when they collect more specific data categories.
3. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- /Account and contact information you provide (such as name, email, username, or profile details) when a product offers accounts or messaging.
- /Content and data you submit inside products (for example tasks, notes, finance entries, preferences, or game progress).
- /Communications you send us (for example via X or email).
- /Technical and usage data such as IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps.
- /Analytics events collected through Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, and similar tools that help us understand aggregate usage.
- /Cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie & Analytics Notice.
We do not operate a first-party contact form on atomerate.com at this time. Public contact is primarily via X.

- /Analyze usage to improve product design and reliability

6. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by product and data type. Experimental products may delete or reset data when discontinued.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You use the Services at your own risk and should maintain your own backups of important data.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the addresses below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
You can control some cookies through browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect functionality. Where a product offers account deletion, use the in-product controls or contact us.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. International users
We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our processors operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.
11. Product-specific note (finance and sensitive data)
Products such as Burn may allow you to enter financial or household information. That data is provided by you for your own use of the tool. Atomerate is not a bank, broker, fiduciary, or licensed financial advisor. Do not submit information you are not comfortable storing in an experimental software product.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date when we post changes. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
